Eagle-Picher Industries, a diversified manufacaturer of Industrial products for the automotive, defense, aerospace, construction and other industrial markets worldwide, plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Cincinnati, Ohio to Phoenix, Arizona. The company has selected the Anasazi II Office Park in the Northeast Phoenix area.

Eagle-Picher Industries operates more than 40 plants and has 5,300 employees in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan. About 20 of the corporation's senior-level management will initially relocate, with additional employees expected to transfer over the next three years.

The company cited the favorable business climate, weather, clean air and easy access to other West Coast cities as contributing factors in their Phoenix site selection process.
